Insulated Sectional Overhead Doors

The comprehensive selection of insulated sectional overhead doors that we supply are high quality, strong, durable & versatlie. They can be finished in various standard RAL or bespoke colour options. Overhead doors can be manufactured for individual openings on all types of buildings where there is a need for thermal efficiency or energy saving is required.

All doors are assembled with 610mm x 40mm insulated panels which boast finger safe joint and come with a wide range of furniture and safety devices.

All of our doors can be lift operated electrically or manually with either pull rope or by geared hand chain, depending on door size.
All doors 3500mm and higher traditionally work electrically with three phase and neutral powered motors. For doors less frequently used a single phase option is availiable.

An extensive range of controls are available for all our doors to suit every application from remote control units,key to switch operation and for the inside rocker switches,low level push buttons and wall mounted control panels, also induction loops and radar all of which come in various styles and ratings to suit all environments.
Emergency over-ride controls come as standard on all our electrically operated doors in-case of any form of power failure.
Saftey is paramount on all our installations and depending on the door use we can supply all types of safety equipment from photo cell kits reflective and send/receive, bottom safety edge kits wireless and wired, and anti fall brake units as well as warning lights and audible sirens.
Security and energy saving products are another option on all doors from shoot bolt locks to interlock systems which prevent unauthorised use and coded entry access.
A wide range of brush strips in many sizes and door seals are available.

Roller Shutter Doors

Roller shutter doors are one of the most versatile of all our door products, these robust types of door

are available in almost any size and colour and will secure doorways, windows and all other apertures.

All roller shutters are made to order to suit individual openings inside and out.

There are many types of roller shutters doors we can provide from small security shutters to large industrial use, steel and aluminium being the most common material with different levels of strength, security and insulation, and all can be manufactured to come with a wide range of surface finishes where needed.
Canopy covers and facia can be supplied where required again available in a wide range of colours to match building colour co-ordination perfectly, powder coating and plastisol parts are readily available throughout the roller shutter door range.
All our roller shutter doors can be operated either manually or electrically, depending on size our manual doors are traditionally operated by hand as a push up or by manual hand chain gear driven operation and come with various security options from bullet locks to ground unit lock kits.
Almost any roller shutter can be electrically operated with our extensive range of motors, from single phase tube motor type to more demanding three phase chain and gear driven motors for heavy industrial use.

Fire Doors

We can supply a wide range of specification options for our range of Certified Industrial Fire Resistant

Roller Shutters and Steel Doors, with fire ratings that range from thirty minutes up to four hour protection.

All of our Fire Roller Doors are Certified to BS476 part 22, approved and installed by our own fully trained engineers.

As with all doors in our ranges there are various choices for operation and finishes available, these include battery backup facilities and fire interface systems on our fire rated rollers, which can be connected to existing fire alarm controls , as well as fusible links and controlled descent motors and gear boxes.
With our steel fire door range there are various choices of ironmongery and locking options or quick and easy exit and security including panic bars and panic latches
Our bespoke fire rated steel hinged door range can accomodate any aperture and boast an impressive 120 minutes to a maximum of 240 minutes of fire resistance protection, depending on furniture and vison panel choices. As with all of out steel hinged doors the option of single of double leaf combinations are available.
The full range of our fire doors are designed and tested to BS476 part 22 and BS EN 1634-1 : 2008 for the required fire resistance and ensure we can provide the right doors for any environment.

Folding Shutter Doors

Sliding folding shutter doors, are a suitable choice for all types of buildings and openings:

their design and construction make them one of the strongest and most durable doors available.

Constructed from galvanised steel and with the option of powder coating finishes, these doors are very

durable and and so are able to withstand extreme weather conditions.

The specification of sliding shutter doors comprises of galvanised steel pickets connected with steel lattice work, the 230mm leaves are arranged in pairs and sit on steel feet inside every picket section which completes the door assembly.
The door top track is suspended from the steel lintel which is shimmed to the required door height, and steel rollers are mounted to every picket to ensure smooth operation.
Both the top and bottom track are rolled from heavy duty galvanised steel.
Although these doors are mainly used in manual operation it is surprising how easy these doors operate considering the quality gauge of the steel used to manufacture this type of door.

Rapid Roll or High Speed Doors are an ideal addition to any opening especially where constant traffic requires controlled access for loading and unloading. The high speed action of these doors mean maintaining temperatures, whether it's hot or

cold can be easily achieved. Auto close timers ensure any temperature loss is minimal.

Rapid Rise and High Speed Doors also provide a lower level of security for unwanted access during working hours.

Strip Curtains

PVC Strip Curtains are a great solution to help maintain building and room temperature, our strip

curtain design will suit either pedestrian or vehicle use from entrance doors to warehousing.

As the strips are made from clear PVC safety is increased by allowing to see traffic or objects approaching.

They are also ideal to use as partitioning or screening which is ideal for welding screens and workshop dividers.

Our bespoke systems will suit any opening in any environment with a wide choice of colours, thickness, double and partial overlaps , also hook and eye type as well as the more industrial poly-prop bar system with it's unique movable mounting brackets.
